Location is very good as it is close to train station, and stores and restaurants . Also it is next door to an NIH shuttle pick up spot ( the pick up spot is at hotel directly next door). Perfect for those getting care at NIH. Also this room has a microwave and a fridge . Also the staff at this hotel are jolly and helpful.

The hotel is well located, with a parking garage on the property. I also liked the bed; it was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and polite, even calling to check if everything was fine during my stay. They resolved any issues they could at their level.

Most of the staff were Excellent. One was undertrained but nice but he gave very poor information. One waiter at breakfast was very rude. I thought the hotel was intelligently designed and appreciated the safety focus too. Very clean.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown the night before an early morning Hospital surgery The room & Bathroom setup were both very comfortable, the 3 extra pillows I requested were made available. We did have to change rooms, the door lock was not functioning & neither our key cards or those of a staff member would work. Parking was convenient. Despite the Room key-card issue & the high bed, my husband & I still rate the hotel EXCELLENT & if I return to the same hospital, we shall definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was very kind and they responded to my questions and small requests very quickly. The location was very convenient; two or three minutes waling from the Metro Station [Red Line: Bethesda Station].

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and I was close to the elevator and ice machine. The people were really friendly and anything that I needed I was given.

I had to leave at 3:45am, so the lady at the front desk put together a fruit salad for me, because breakfast started at 6am.

Everything was cleanly and the staff provided great hospitality. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was also convenient and connected to the hotel building.
